2. Embedded Bootloaders

On Ebridge’s X86 board, there is “Boot loader on board” option, which could provide the first grade methods for the designer of Windows CE and/or Linux, it will help transfer the operation system core faster from hard disk.

The embedded bootloader will be provideded in the form of Bios Extension(optional ROM)

3. Micro Controller Firmware

To overcome the limit of PC Hardware-shell, we include micro controller firmware in all kinds of Buses in our boards, which could solve the general problems in self control PCs.

4. Embedded Operation System

With the improvement of Embedded operation system, More and more demand appears on the opening of the operation system standard that deals with special task and simplifying the custom parts.

If your products are with Microsoft OS, you could choose Windows XP Embedded OS, Componentized version of XP professional or Windows CE RTOS Embedded OS, Windows CE RTOS takes up very small script. On the other hand, there are many kinds of Linux system applicable in any project, they could provide very flexible choice, from small or big script. Ebridge take all three into considerations.

5. Tools and API’S：

Tools in Ebridge platform

When the self-control PC provide strong support to X86 CPU and their chipset, there are always some minor problems. The programmer could solve by the driver program from chipset supplier. But to make the on-board equipment be more suitable for industrial and embedded field, we provide the convenient cross-platform library/Hal. These tools could be installed into your system, also could include in Ebridge’s products and platform.

LibCartop

 LibCartop is GUI library based on Embedded Linux provided by Ebridge. The character is with simple code but with high-quality picture display. The users could develop their own application by Gui library.
